Founded by Tommy and Shanna Ahlquist, TréBella takes its name from their three daughters—TréBella, meaning “three beautiful.” The name reflects a broader philosophy that beauty exists in many forms, inside and out, and evolves through intention, confidence, and care.
That philosophy is deeply embedded in the brand itself. Two of the Ahlquists’ three daughters are licensed estheticians, bringing hands-on expertise, modern training, and a fresh perspective to TreBella’s approach. Their influence helps shape a skincare experience that is both highly informed and genuinely personal—rooted in education, results, and long-term skin health.

Brooklyn Rabe
Brooklyn has been a Licensed Esthetician since 2018 and specializes in custom spray tans. Raised in Eagle, Idaho, she is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful children. Brooklyn is thrilled to work alongside her sisters and a talented team of estheticians, and she’s passionate about helping every client feel confident, radiant, and happy in their own skin.
Allison Ahlquist
Allison, born and raised in Idaho, graduated from Premiere Aesthetics Institute and is excited to be part of the TréBella team. She is a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare and loves helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for during every visit. Allison is dedicated to creating a welcoming experience in the treatment room and enjoys tailoring treatments to support each client’s unique skin goals. She looks forward to continuing her education, expanding her skills, and building lasting relationships with clients as they progress through their skincare journeys.
Chloe Ahlquist
Chloe is our Front Desk Coordinator and a valued part of the TréBella family. She helps create a warm, welcoming environment for every client who walks through the door and is often the first friendly face you’ll see at the spa. Chloe enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and spending time outdoors. She loves being part of a team focused on helping clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
Brooke Fraley
Brooke is the Spa Manager and brings a strong blend of aesthetics expertise and leadership to the practice. Originally from Montana, she attended school in Utah where she earned her Master’s in Esthetics and spent six years working in the treatment room. She later pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, allowing her to support both the clinical and operational sides of TréBella. Brooke is passionate about creating a welcoming, elevated environment and has a special interest in advanced treatments for their ability to deliver radiant, confidence-boosting results.
Majda Tabakovic
Majda Tabakovic, MSN, APRN, NP-C is a highly experienced aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with several years of advanced injectable and skin rejuvenation experience. Known for her precise technique and refined aesthetic, she specializes in comprehensive full-face assessments, facial balancing, and longevity-focused treatment planning. Her approach prioritizes natural-looking results that enhance facial harmony while preserving individuality, with a strong foundation in safety, education, and customized care.
Maddie Hayes
Maddie Hayes is a licensed esthetician who graduated from Premiere Aesthetics Institute and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University. With a background in both skincare and client-centered care, she is passionate about helping clients feel confident and empowered in their skin. Maddie specializes in advanced laser treatments, including treatments like BBL and Moxi, and enjoys creating customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual goals. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, as well as hiking, skiing, and lake days.
